These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.nutri-leaf.com, operated by:

By using our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The products presented in the online shop are non-binding. By clicking “Buy Now,” you submit a binding offer to purchase.

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

The purchase contract is only concluded once you receive a shipping confirmation from us or the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment Methods in the Shop:

  • Klarna (Sofortüberweisung / Rechnung)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order, unless otherwise agreed.


4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Germany and to other EU countries. Shipping is handled via Amazon FBA or our logistics partners.

  • Delivery time within Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery time within the EU: 3–7 business days

Please double-check your address carefully. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details.


5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.

📦 Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
❌ No right of withdrawal applies to:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made items

  • Discounted promotions or gift vouchers

We will review your return and refund the amount within 10 business days.


6. Warranty

A statutory warranty period of 24 months applies. In case of defects or transport damage, please contact our customer service immediately.

Our products are food supplements, not medicinal products. If you are unsure, please consult a doctor.



7. Data Protection

Your data is treated confidentially in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Liability

We are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for:

  • Delays caused by shipping providers
  • Improper use of the products
  • Technical issues within the shop



9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of your order shall apply.


10. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction for businesses is Munich. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
