Why Quality Matters in Supplements
The food supplement market is vast and largely self-regulated. Without rigorous manufacturing standards, products can vary dramatically in potency, purity, and safety. As a consumer, you have the right to know that what is on the label is exactly what is in the bottle — and in the correct amount. This is why we manufacture under FSSC 22000, a globally recognised food safety management system that goes far beyond minimum legal requirements. Every batch is analysed, every process is documented, and every product is traceable from raw material to your doorstep.
The FSSC 22000 Difference
FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification 22000) is one of the most stringent food safety certification schemes in the world. It is based on ISO 22000 and ISO/TS 22002-1 requirements and is fully recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Our certification covers the entire production process at our facility in Münchberg — from raw material receiving and storage through blending, encapsulation, packaging, and dispatch.

Our facility is located in Münchberg, Bavaria, a region with a long tradition of precision manufacturing and quality engineering. German manufacturing standards are known worldwide for their rigour, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. By producing locally in Germany, we maintain direct oversight of every stage of production and can respond immediately to any quality concern. This is quality you can trace.
Independent Auditing
We do not self-certify. Our FSSC 22000 certification is audited annually by Quality Austria, an independent and internationally accredited certification body. In addition:
- EU Organic certification (DE-BY-070-15182 BCD) is audited by Control Union, a global leader in sustainability certification.
- Naturland Organic certification (4-44758) applies to our Bio-Spirulina product and is subject to Naturland's strict organic and social responsibility standards.
- CrefoZert Excellent credit rating confirms our financial stability and reliability as a business partner.
What Certification Numbers Mean & How to Verify Them
Every certification we hold comes with a unique identification number. These numbers allow you, as a consumer, to independently verify our credentials:
- FSSC 22000 certifications can be verified through the GFSI Directory or directly with Quality Austria.
- EU Organic certification numbers can be checked against the European Commission's Organic Certificates database (TRACES system).
- Naturland membership and certification can be confirmed through Naturland's member directory.
