At NUTRI-LEAF UG (limited liability), we are committed to fast and reliable delivery. These shipping terms apply to all orders placed via our website nutri-leaf.com.

1. 🌍 Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Germany 🇩🇪 2–5 days Free from €50, otherwise €4.90
Austria 🇦🇹 3–6 days Free from €50, otherwise €5.90
Switzerland 🇨🇭 4–7 days €9.90 (customs & taxes may apply)
EU countries 🇪🇺 4–8 days €7.90, free from €75
UK 🇬🇧 5–9 days €9.90 (possible customs fees)
USA 🇺🇸 & Canada 🇨🇦 7–14 days €14.90
Brazil 🇧🇷 10–20 days €19.90 (possible customs fees)
Japan 🇯🇵 10–20 days €19.90

Note:

  • ✔ Free shipping in Germany & Austria from €50
  • ✔ Orders processed within 24 hours (weekdays)
  • ✔ Delivery times may vary during high demand or unexpected delays

2. 📦 Shipping Partners & Tracking

Shipping providers:

  • Germany & EU: DHL, DPD, Hermes, Amazon FBA
  • International: DHL Express, FedEx

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

If your package hasn’t arrived, please email us at nutrileafug@gmail.com.

3. 🕐 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days)
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET are processed the same day
  • Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day

4. ⏳ Delays & Delivery Issues

Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or customs. If your package hasn’t arrived after 14 days, contact us.

Undeliverable packages: We can’t refund shipping for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or refusals. Reshipping is possible at the buyer’s cost.

Lost or damaged packages: Email contact@nutri-leaf.com immediately.

5. 🌐 Customs & Import Fees

Orders outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Brazil, Japan) may incur customs or import taxes. Buyers are responsible for these fees. Please check local regulations before ordering.

6. ✏️ Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Email us as soon as possible at contact@nutri-leaf.com

7. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied, return your item within 14 days. Refunds are issued after inspection. Shipping costs are only refunded if the error was on our end.
