We want you to be completely happy with your Nutri-Leaf purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer the following return options:

 

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day you or a third party appointed by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (e.g. via email or our contact form) to:

💸 What Happens After Cancellation?

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you — including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our standard option) — within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Please note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We regret that packages sent without postage cannot be accepted.

🚫 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

  2. Custom-made or personalized items.
