1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern all orders, deliveries, and legal relationships between BHI Biohealth International GmbH ("Nutri-Leaf", "we", "us") and you, the customer, for purchases made through the online store at idth7x-du.myshopify.com. By placing an order, you accept these T&C in their entirety. Any conflicting terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly accepted by us in writing.

3. Product Information

All products offered on this website are food supplements as defined by EU food law (Directive 2002/46/EC). They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on product pages is for informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice. Please read the product label carefully before use and follow the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

By clicking the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button and completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded only when we send a separate shipping confirmation email. If your order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. because a product is unavailable), we will inform you and refund any payments already made.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout and are not included in product prices. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (Shopify Payments, credit card, PayPal, or other methods as displayed). Payment is due immediately upon checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Münchberg, Germany, to all EU member states. Delivery times are typically 2–4 working days within Germany and 4–8 working days to other EU countries. Free shipping applies to all orders of €49 or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We use DHL and other reputable carriers. A tracking link is provided with every shipment.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person named by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email (contact@nutri-leaf.com) or by post. We will provide a withdrawal form with your order confirmation. 8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by our negligence, and for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct by our organs or legal representatives. For damages caused by slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damages typical for such contracts. The above limitations do not apply in cases of product liability under applicable law, fraud, or wilful concealment of defects. To the extent that our liability is limited or excluded, this also applies to the personal liability of our employees, representatives, and agents.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing Law

These T&C and all legal relationships between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&C shall be Münchberg, Germany, provided you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid, unenforceable, or void, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision.
