How do I choose the right supplement for my needs?

Start by identifying your wellness goal — immune support, daily energy, or beauty from within. Each Nutri-Leaf formula is designed for a specific purpose with transparent ingredient lists showing exact dosages. You can also browse by health goal or explore our ingredient encyclopedia to learn what each nutrient contributes to. If you are unsure, consult a doctor or pharmacist for personalised advice.

Can I take multiple Nutri-Leaf supplements together?

Check the total intake of nutrients you consume across all supplements to avoid exceeding recommended daily amounts. For example, the Immune Complex already contains vitamin C, zinc and selenium — avoid taking additional single-nutrient supplements of the same ingredients without professional advice. Always consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your supplement regimen.

How long until I notice results from supplements?

Food supplements are designed to complement your daily diet, not provide immediate effects. Consistent daily intake as part of a balanced lifestyle is key. Water-soluble vitamins such as vitamin C and B vitamins are not stored in large amounts by the body, so regular daily intake — as directed on the label — supports maintaining normal levels. Individual results vary based on diet, lifestyle, and baseline nutrient status. Supplements work gradually as part of your overall nutritional intake, not as a quick fix.

How are Nutri-Leaf supplements quality tested?

All Nutri-Leaf products are developed by Nutri-Leaf UG. Manufactured in Germany by our FSSC 22000 certified production partner — an internationally recognised food safety standard audited by Quality Austria. The FSSC 22000 scheme includes rigorous quality control, traceability, and product testing requirements. Every batch undergoes quality testing as part of the certified manufacturing process.

What is the recommended daily intake and when should I take them?

Each Nutri-Leaf product has a specific recommended daily intake stated on the label — typically one capsule per day. Take your supplement with a meal and a glass of water to support absorption. Taking supplements with breakfast or your first meal of the day helps establish a consistent daily routine. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is the B vitamin that gets the most individual attention — and with reason: it is the only B vitamin the body stores in meaningful amounts, and it carries one of the broadest sets of authorised claims in the family. This collection presents where B12 lives in the Nutri-Leaf range and what it contributes according to EU Regulation (EU) No 432/2012.

What vitamin B12 does — the authorised claims

Energy — vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Nervous system — vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Psychological function — vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function.
Blood — vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation.
Immune function — vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

B12 in the Nutri-Leaf range

Vitamin B Complex provides 2.5 µg vitamin B12 per capsule — 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value — as part of the full eight-vitamin B group, in the form methylcobalamin. Skin Hair & Nails also provides 2.5 µg B12 per capsule (100% NRV) alongside biotin, zinc, copper and vitamin C, where B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

What's in this collection

Vitamin B Complex — all eight B vitamins in one daily capsule. Skin Hair & Nails — biotin, zinc, copper, vitamin C and vitamin B12 with four plant extracts.

B12 in a plant-based diet

Vitamin B12 occurs naturally almost only in animal-derived foods, which is why it is the nutrient most often mentioned in vegan nutrition. Our capsules use plant-based HPMC shells and the B12 in our formulas is suitable for vegan routines. Read Supplements for Vegans for the wider picture.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
