How long does shipping take within the EU?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Germany and 5–10 business days to other EU countries. Express shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Do you ship to all EU countries?

Yes. We ship to all EU member states as well as Norway and Switzerland. Shipping is free on orders over €49. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

Can I return or exchange my supplements?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. See our full return policy for details.

Are the capsule shells plant-based?

Yes. All Nutri-Leaf capsules use a plant-based HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) vegetable capsule shell. The shell contains no gelatine or animal-derived ingredients. Each product page lists full ingredient and allergen information.

Where are Nutri-Leaf products manufactured?

All supplements are developed by Nutri-Leaf UG and produced at our FSSC 22000 certified manufacturing partner in Germany. The facility is FSSC 22000 certified (Certificate No. FSS-00263/0).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery through your account page or by contacting our support team.
