Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person named by you) take physical possession of the goods. This applies to all products purchased from Nutri-Leaf.

If multiple items are ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email:

Please include your order number and full name in the message. We will provide you with a withdrawal form (which is also included with your order confirmation) and the return address. You do not need to use this form; a clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

3. Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, the returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Original packaging intact with all seals, labels, and safety stickers in place.
  • Products must not show signs of use or tampering.

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons in accordance with EU food supplement regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement bottles or packages where the tamper-evident seal has been broken. This is a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal under Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you received a defective product, the wrong item, or a damaged package, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@nutri-leaf.com with photos of the damage where applicable, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refund Timeline and Method

Once we have received the returned goods and verified they meet the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used during checkout. We will not charge any additional fees for the refund. If the return is partial (only some items from an order), the refund will reflect the value of the returned items only.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or if a product appears defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nutri-leaf.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Include photographs of the damage if possible — this helps us improve our shipping processes.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

As noted above, the following products cannot be returned once the seal is broken:

  • Any food supplement bottle or package where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.
  • Products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and consumer safety reasons.

This exception is consistent with Article 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 312g(2)(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
