What is in the bundle
- Vitamin B Complex — all eight B vitamins, each at 100% NRV. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance.
- Vitamin C 1000 mg — 1,000 mg vitamin C per capsule (1,250% NRV). Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Skin Hair & Nails — biotin, zinc, copper, vitamin C and vitamin B12 with four plant extracts. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin.
- Immunity Complex — vitamin C, zinc and selenium with echinacea, ginger and rosehip extract. Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Why the four cover the essentials
Each formula covers its own area of the daily routine: the B group covers energy metabolism, vitamin C covers immune function and collagen formation, Skin Hair & Nails covers hair, skin and nails, and Immunity Complex adds zinc and selenium to the immune picture. Every label states exactly what each capsule contains, and each label's instructions take precedence when products are combined.
How to take the bundle
One capsule per formula per day, with water — together in the morning or spread across the day. Capsules can be taken together or spread across the day as the routine suits — follow the label on each product, and read the Immunity Complex label before combining it with Skin Hair & Nails: it advises against taking additional selenium- or zinc-containing supplements alongside it.
