1. Shipping Origin

All Nutri-Leaf orders are shipped from our German warehouse located at:

2. Countries We Serve

We currently ship to all member states of the European Union. This includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. We are working to expand shipping to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers including DHL and Deutsche Post. All shipments are fully trackable. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

EU member states 4–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Please allow additional time during peak periods (holidays, promotions).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders of €49 or more (before VAT).
  • Standard shipping rates apply for orders below €49. Exact costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/value of your order.
  • No hidden fees — the total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

6. Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account on our store. Tracking typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

7. Packaging

We take care to package your order securely using sustainable materials. Our packaging is discreet and does not prominently display the contents. Where possible, we use recyclable cardboard boxes and eco-friendly padding materials.

8. Customs & Duties

As all shipments are within the European Union single market, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees applicable. You pay only the price displayed at checkout.

9. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest status.
  • Check with neighbours or your local depot (carriers often leave a notification card).
  • If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at contact@nutri-leaf.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
